There’s no question that replacing the Massey Tunnel is important for BC’s long-term growth and transportation needs. What’s harder to understand is how the same design can more than double in cost before major construction even begins. Hopefully, the new procurement strategy brings the competition and accountability needed to get such an important project back on solid ground.
Well, perhaps at some point people will wake up to the plans to bankrupt Canada in order for the new world order to come in and we will all be digital, so debt will be wiped out but we will basically be prisoners of the state. Hope those with their elbows up are content…
