It’s probably a safe bet that banks and defence contractors will be making a tidy profit from the Defence Industrial Strategy and the proposed DSRB.

If the federal government can combine procurement reform and public development-bank financing when it comes to defence spending, maybe we could even imagine a day when the federal government combines monetary reform and public development-bank financing for peaceful and productive purposes—maybe even allocating interest-free credit to facilitate production and trade, within ecological limitations and material economic constraints (...but I’m not holding breath).
